Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be slightly extended.
Delivery Dates are Estimates
Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.

- Expedited Shipping: 3 business days

We currently ship to:
United States and international shipping
We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package is lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. Additional shipping fees may apply for returned or re-shipped orders.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you.
